A former Supervisor in the Awareness & Outreach Division of the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid office, Fred has dedicated his career to helping students, families, and school counselors navigate the financial aid process with clarity and confidence.
At this training, Fred will walk participants through the latest federal student aid updates and share practical strategies for guiding families through the FAFSA.

Isaiah Ellis is a co-founder of Navicore Partners LLC and a seasoned higher education professional with more than 15 years of leadership in financial aid, enrollment management, and student services. He is deeply committed to expanding access to education and to helping students and families make informed decisions about college and financial aid.
Isaiah brings hands-on experience in financial aid operations and community-based programming to this training, with a focus on making the financial aid process approachable for every family.

Higher Education Access Partner
Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA)
Ron Felder serves as a Higher Education Access Partner for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), covering the Philadelphia region. A student finance professional with a passion for helping others achieve their financial and collegiate goals, he delivers FAFSA workshops, financial aid presentations, and one-on-one guidance to students, families, and counselors across Southeastern Pennsylvania.
At this training, Ron will cover Pennsylvania state aid programs and the resources available to support students and families across the Commonwealth.
